Civic leadership isn't just about running for office. Municipalities across Canada are recruiting community leaders to join a wide variety of municipal boards, committees, and tribunals, from library boards, to local boards governing community ice rinks and theatres. We need more LGBTIQ+ voices at the board table to ensure inclusive and diverse governance in the many aspects of local government.
